Yes – we’re all about personalisation! Most of our products can be customised with a name, which you can enter in the box provided when ordering.

Please note: Dummy clips are limited to a maximum of 8 letters due to strict safety regulations. Occasionally, we may need to slightly adjust the bead layout to accommodate the name safely and within the required length.

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All silicone beads are made from food-grade silicone, free from BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates. We hold testing certificates from our supplier, and all clips comply with EU standard BSEN 12586+A1:2011.

To ensure continued safety:

• Always use under adult supervision
• Regularly check for wear and tear
• Do not attach cords or items to lengthen the clip, as this can pose a strangulation risk

• All-silicone items: Dishwasher and steriliser safe
• Items with wooden parts: Hand wash with warm soapy water and air dry
  

All our items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 working days for production. Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, depending on the option chosen at checkout.

If you notice an error with your personalised order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to make changes before the item is made or dispatched. Once shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Yes, provided you get in touch before the item is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request any changes or a cancellation. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
