At Babi Gifts, we aim to get your handmade, personalised items to you quickly and safely. Below is our current shipping information, including costs and service levels.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using tracked services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

As all our items are handmade to order, please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods (e.g., holidays), this may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Services (UK Only)

For Small Items

(e.g., 1–2 dummy clips, single t-shirt — Max Letterbox Size: 35.3 x 25 x 2.5 cm)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.70 (2–3 working days)

• Express: £6.50 (next day)

For Larger Items

(e.g., Dummy clip sets with teethers/Frames etc — Medium Parcel Size: up to 45 x 35 x 16 cm)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.50 (2–3 working days)

• Express: £6.50 (next day)

(e.g. Large soft toy) Large Parcel size (61x46x46 cm)

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £5.50 (2-3 working days)

• Express: £8.50 (next day)

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website using your tracking number.

Local Collection

You are able to pick up any orders form Tir Prince Raceway where we operate between March and October, please contact us, so we can confirm the pick up date.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at babigifts@outlook.com and we’ll investigate this for you.
