Thank you for shopping with Babi Gifts. We take great care in creating beautiful, handmade baby items, and want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Non-Personalised Items
If your item is not personalised, you have the right to cancel and return your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund (excluding original postage costs) within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

Personalised Items
Due to the nature of custom or personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you believe your personalised item has a defect, or if we’ve made a mistake with the customisation:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include a photo and description of the issue.

If a return is approved, we will either:

Send a corrected replacement at no extra cost, or

Issue a full refund (including postage costs), depending on your preference.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind on personalised products.
